TITLE:Operations Manager

Job Description: Drive the analytical rhythm of our business including monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting, org deep dives. Operate the forecasting rhythm together with the business leader; able to run calls independently. Identify segment specific analyses to uncover insights, influence key decisions, and shape longer term vision of the team. Ability to efficiently pull data and derive insights based on a business problem posed. Drive the systems strategy and processes required to scale up new commercial teams. Identify emerging trends in the business and flag to the business leader. Become an expert in understanding sales KPIs and implications on performance tracking, compensation and forecasting. Provide self-service data availability. Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles / comp plans. Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses. Telecommute but must be present in office monthly.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Sales Operations or in the job offered or related role.

Experience and/or education must include:  

1. Experience of running a Sales Planning cycle in a SAAS company: Territory Creation, Quota Setting, and Compensation Plan Design;

2. Skilled in designing a GTM (Go-To-Market) Plan for different sales teams like PreSales, AEs, Partner Sales;

3. Expertise in creating analytical models using SQL, Tableau and Excel;

4. Forecasting Acumen: Designing and running a forecasting model with senior sales stakeholders;

5. Salesforce Power User with ability to build reports and dashboards;

6. R programming language to run forecasts statistical models; and

7. Python programming language for automations.
