JOB TITLE: Operations Engineering Program Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Operations Engineering Program Coordinator (REQ# 200594848) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead the activities necessary for qualification of system components/modules that increase supply, reduce costs, reduce total warranty returns (TWR), and improve yield. Lead cross-functional engineering teams toward the completion of qualifications. Identify, prioritize, and assess the risks of engineering and quality improvements and qualifications through collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams. Establish timelines, milestones, and requirements for qualifying changes to shipping products through collaboration with engineering teams. Work with highly skilled Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Software teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus, and execute mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible. Lead cross-functional and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) teams to resolve engineering issues determined from mass production and field returns. Identify, evaluate, and drive the various activities while clearly communicating the risks, priorities and schedules to the management team. Fulfill the requests of many different parties, including quality, planning, marketing, supply managers, contract manufacturers, vendors. Lead the development of software tools and dashboards in close collaboration with software development vendors to help the team execute activities efficiently. International Travel Required 10%.

The base pay range for this role is between $162,019 - $184,600/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
