JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Software Development Engineer - Test (REQ#200594883) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Define and develop comprehensive test plans for 4G/5G cellular modems, covering all aspects of functionality, performance, and compliance with 3GPP specification. Utilize industry-standard test equipment and software to execute test plans in lab environments. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with developers to resolve issues and improve modem performance. Contribute to the development and optimization of automated test processes to improve efficiency and test coverage. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cellular technologies and industry standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and quality assurance personnel. Document test procedures, results, and findings clearly and concisely.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $177,838 - $214,500/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
