TITLE: Software Engineer

Salary Range: $215,197/year - $220,197/year

Job Description: Design and implement software to address specific product requirements efficiently. Identify pain points for customers in our current software and propose novel ways to improve. Review other engineers’ design and implementation of software and identify any faults or improvements that can be made. Mentor and coach other engineers to help them improve their work. Provide support services for production software systems to ensure good customer experience and ensure the company’s reputation is retained and improved. Document the software for both internal and external stakeholders. Train others to be able to support and enhance our software. Must appear in office 1 time per week. Work from home permissible 4 times per week.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software engineering or in the job offered or related role. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Employer will accept any suitable combination of training, education and experience.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Web Software Development using web technologies HTML and JavaScript; 
2. Angular Web Framework; 
3. Entity framework and ASP.net; 
4. Programming against databases and building and maintaining systems that use databases; and 
5. Agile software development methodologies.
