Job Title: Staff Software Engineer

Job Description: Partnering with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and your Engineering peers to define, analyze, estimate levels of effort to deliver at-scale solutions to meet business requirements. End to end regression testing prior to each release. Manage releases of the site every week. Triage production issues. Smaller (MVP) deployments using continuous pipelines Jenkins CI/CD, monitoring performance, and enhancing systems using performance analysis through the monitoring is required. Responsible for a small to medium-sized functional area, or a significant component of a functional area. Maximizing system uptime/availability and ensuring functional & performance SLAs are met and establish end-to-end monitoring and alerting for various systems. Design and document new test plans for new features developed. Monitoring via Splunk & New Relic on release. Triage issues in production using full story and other tools available. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronic Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the related role or job offered.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. PlayWright automated test suite to reduce manual testing;
2. Jenkins CI/CD for managing and fixing all issues related to builds;
3. Testcafe/Selenium/RestAssured for writing automation test suites;
4. PDP structured frameworks, specifically for eCommerce sites;
5. Writing queries against FullStory, New Relic, and Splunk; and
6. New Relic and Splunk to further understand where the issue lies on the backend to various teams responsible for backend features
