Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) in Apple digital campaign analysis including architecturing and building new pipelines for analytics, providing visualisation for campaign performance to help WW marketing teams to make informed decisions. Locates opportunities for Apple digital campaigns and information communication strategies for improving the campaign performance based on customer insights received for Apple TV+. Publish and communicate campaign results to ensure that timely and accurate reports are delivered to analytics teams with digestible insights to inform the business on the change of marketing strategies. Audit data or systems quality through regular reporting of business indicators by using automated monitoring system and slack alerts. Ensure Apple digital campaigns are executed properly and all required monitoring is in place by metadata driven monitoring in Teradata or Snowflake to identify anomalies, which is then broadcasted by slack alerts and emails. Create business requirements for campaign reporting tools including Tableau and other in house visualisation platform tools. Own and run campaign performance reporting by using existing campaign reports, and leading enhancement, prioritization, and development efforts with close partnership with the business and data engineering teams to build new capabilities for business team. Develop the strategy to understand, model, and guide customer behavior for Apple products by using visualisation insights and timely monitoring. Develop prototypes of API driven data pipelines and proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate new ideas and technologies for internal and external customers to find solutions to the business challenges.

The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 - $248,700/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
