Engineering Systems Administrator, Lam Research Corporation, Fremont, CA. Work as a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) administrator to participate in the development of factory control systems that support operations and internal business associates. Support MES models, leveraging deep system functionality to meet dynamic and highly variable business needs. Compile relevant information related to product and process definition, analyze business and compliance requirements, assess risks for impact, and procure accurate information for use in global systems. Coordinate operations modeling for the global lab automation group. Drive improved utilization of MES for a manufacturing area with respect to both configuration and core functionality, and act as 'voice of the customer' for lab operations. Support and iterate models in MES to develop and optimize manufacturing process flows. Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assure change and configuration documentation is accurate and complete, all relevant documentation is included, and appropriate implementation strategies and validation activities have been completed. Responsible for the accuracy of system data through process evaluation and validation. Identify, execute, and support process improvement initiatives of varying complexity engaging global, cross-functional support. Provide guidance and training related to MES and other production systems to stakeholders and cross-functional team members. Respond to customers’ requests and support resolving issues as they occur.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, plus 2 years of experience creating and supporting modeling in Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Must have 2 years of converting process flow into automated workflow models.
Must have 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Must have 2 years of experience with 3rd party interfaces with MES applications such as SECS/GEM, IoT, Message Bus and HSMS.
Must have 1 year of experience modeling product (wafer), subproduct (die, sub-silicon), equipment, facilities, material carriers or consumables.
Must have 1 year of experience with SQL databases, operation data stores (ODS), and data warehouses.
Must have 1 year of experience with one or more of the following semiconductor manufacturing systems: SPC, APC, FDC, RTD, CMMS and integration technologies.
