JOB TITLE: Product Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Product Design Engineer (REQ#200594880) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design, develop and validate future individual parts and modules within Apple products in the home space. Engage in initial architecture planning, 3D CAD and 2D drawings. Define and complete critical Tolerance Analysis to ensure successful Mass Production assembly, cross-functional management of system modules design and integration, vendor and manufacturer communication and support to develop all required fixtures and processes. Design parts with a broad range of manufacturing processes for metals, plastics and soft goods. Run critical Design of Experiments (DOE) to ensure open engineering options can be validated in meaningful and technically sound ways to down select final International Travel Required 10%.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 - $214,500/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
