JOB TITLE: Product Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: APPLE INC has the following available for Product Design Engineer  (REQ# 200594874) in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop structural analysis methods for the complete validation of E-motor systems, using linear, non-linear, thermo-mechanical, linear dynamic and fatigue FEA methods. Optimize the system performance based on structural and NVH requirements. Define technical targets and requirements for product durability and strength, including developing load and use cases for analysis and physical test. Responsible for analysis of the complete E-motor systems and will need to integrate with the Product Development teams guide the design process using CAE data. Develop scripts using python to assist with complex pre and post processing of the analysis models and data.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,219 - $248,700/yr. and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
