Job Description: Collaborate with Merchandising to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that aligns future financial and product opportunities by division and department, reconcile top-down to bottom-up division/department plans, support re-forecast sales and manage inventory for all basic styles to meet department financial goals, collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge; Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams, ask effective questions and solicit feedback to understand needs, complete structured assignments based on stated priorities. Communicate financial results and current trends to manager and cross-functional team on a weekly basis and participate in meetings with knowledge of prepared materials. Reconcile and forecast incoming receipts and identify risk or opportunity associated with shifts or fluctuations, which is biggest of the company.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering (any) or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related role.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Data Analytics: Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division and department;
2. Microsoft Excel, NOVA;
3. Asset Management: Reconciliation of Receipts, Tops/Down Bottoms Up Plans, and assistance in Vendor Managed Inventory; and
4. Checkbook, Planning and Forecasting Tools, Krypton, PETE GPR
